Sometimes I feel guilty about posting RL stuff. I know most people are here for the fic so feel free to just skip over.
Last night just as I was going to work on Adventures and watch my new DVDs I had a corneal erosion. I have bi-lateral recurrent corneal erosion so it wasn't out of nowhere but it's mostly under control and I hadn't had one in months. To be expected I guess after a week of sitting in front of a computer at work all day and then coming home and doing the same. I have to be more careful. Anyway, it wasn't a bad one as they go but the end result is always a horrible sinus headache the next day from the swelling. Took a bunch of drugs this morning and then went off to the mall to buy some jeans.
Am I the only one who likes shopping by myself? I just really like walking around by myself and not having to worry about where anyone else is or if they're bored or whatever. Anyway I got a couple of pairs of jeans at Old Navy (2 for $40.) I'm hoping this way when I go to buy those ones I mentioned I wanted the other day I can reasonably tell myself that I have plenty of jeans and I don't need them. Maybe it will even work. I also got a pair of shorts in Macys. They were having a sale but with my headache I just didn't feel like pawing through the racks.
It's getting better now so maybe I'll get some work done this afternoon. Or, on the other hand, maybe I'll take a nap.
