On the arm where you see the faces he has a sleeve of characters from horror movies. That one on his upper, inner arm is the newest, it's nosferatu. I'm not up on horror but I think he has lugosi as dracula and the girl from the excorcist, freddy, jason etc. On the other arm above the inner wrist he has a libra tattoo with one of bats above it. That used to be a libra but he didn't like it and had it reworked into the bats. Below the bicep on that arm he has John Wayne and on his forearm he has the rose from the Depeche Mode album cover for Violator.
