See the thing is when you're in a regular fandom your show is on once a week (typically) for 8-16 weeks or so and then it's over and you get a rest. I've discovered RP fandom is a whole other ball of wax.
For example, the subject of your fandom shows up atthe Lady Gaga concert at the Nokia a concert with his adorable bass player with his friends and half the fandom ends up awake all night flailing. Possibly including you. WTH?

It really was funny. Adam tweeted he was going to see Gaga and of course everyone knew he'd go to one of the LA shows. Then the tweets started that he had Tommy with him and insanity broke out.

That's because Tommy is too adorable for words. I'm definitely a member of Teamlambliff. Thanks for the heads up about Hoopla. I might have missed stuff on there.

I follow a couple of Finnish bands and several are recording right now. No touring and little media coverage even in their homecountry means little to talk about among fans. One of the reasons why few people in Findom are only interested in one band.
30stm (see icon) on the other hand produce much more news even in their downtime and can keep you quite busy waiting for some livestream or other at the weirdest hours. Luckily I am usually abkle to resist and wait for someone to put it on youtube the next day.
I guess we sometimes just forget, that fan comes from fanatic. ;o)
