The Book Fairy Came!

Pat Conroy has a new novel out today (after something like 15 years!) The man is one of our finest American novelists and I was thrilled to hear he had a new one coming out. I pre-ordered the Kindle version and when I got up this morning it had been delivered to my Kindle (which was on my bedside table). It was like the Book Fairy came and left it by my bed for me. What a happy way to start a day!

No worries there, not everything is on Kindle and hardly a day goes by that someone in my house doesn't buy a book.

I didn't know he had a new book coming out. You just made my day. I love Pat Conroy three of my favorite books are The Lords of Discipline, The Great Santini, and The Prince of Tides. Off to order the new one, thanks!
