I'll try not to bore you too much with food photos but with it so hot outside food is my major subject at the moment.

The M&M jar at work is on my desk.

I love that this lens can get a single key in focus.

The first pic is very appetizing!

I'm awaiting dinner and it's certainly tantalizing.

Mussells and M&M's. The perfect dinner!

These are amazing, escpecially the keyboard! My son is going to the Dreyfoos School of the Arts (West Palm Beach) in the fall to study digital photography, and I've been showing him your photos, as well as some of your fics. They are all just wonderful, and he loved them! Hopefully I'll have some great shots to post when he starts school. He just got a Mac and all the Adobe software, so he's ready!

It is! I've got two shoots scheduled for this week and I can't wait to see the results it gives me on those.

The M&M photo is particularly amazing. I love the different focuses and fires of light. I can't wait until you go to the park(s) and photograph wildlife with that lens.

I'll give it a try but it's not a good wildlife lens. It's what is called a Prime (or Normal) lens. It has one focal length (in this case 50mm), wildlife is normally shot between 300-800mm.

You have a jar of M&M's on your desk!! I so couldn't do that - they wouldn't last a day.

Did you take all of these shots with your new lens?

I did take all these with the lens. I am so used to having the MM jar that I hardly pay any attention to it. I hear about it when it's empty though!

Very nice depth of field. What lens are you using?

It's my awesome new 50mm prime, 1.4. I highly recommend it.
