But it's pretty skilled to take that second picture one-handed. My attempts to hold something up with one hand and shoot with the other usually end up shaken and/or blurry - or the item in my hand suddenly faces in the wrong direction.
I have pernicious anemia. I can't extract B12 from foods or vitamin tablets so I need to give myself regular B12 injections. It's easily controlled but if you have it and are not diagnosed it can be quite serious. I got a good early diagnosis so the only impact it has on me is the shots and I cannot donate blood, which is unfortunate since I have a rare type.
i was... what you callit, tested for b12 deficiency, and i was so glad it turned out i didn't need to get the shots not that i mind shots much, but i wouldn't be able to do them myself great pictures, btw

That's what I thought and when I was first diagnosed I refused to learn to do it. But after having to go in every two weeks for a few months I said fuck it, show me how to do it. First couple of times were a bit fraught but after that I got used to it.

It was a bit tricky. I should have used my point and shoot since it is so much smaller but I didn't think of that until later.
