It turns out I need to explain something.

As some of you apparently noticed I have gradually removed all of my epistolic fiction from my LJ and from my web site. I really didn't think it was going to be a big deal. It's a long time since it was written and I didn't think it would be noticed. As far as I knew no one was reading it. No one has written to me about it or commented on it in a long time. The reason I took it down was that I do not (obviously) own the copyright for many of the images that I used and it was beginning to make me feel uncomfortable having them out there.

I'm hoping to do another project one of these days, I've got a few things in mind and once my new job starts in January I should have more time to create. In the meanwhile it's gratifying to know people are still interested in my stuff.

I just read something of yours a couple of weeks ago. Say it ain't so.....I'm sure I've missed something.

Thanks for writing this. I actually looked for one of your fics just the other day, and I thought I just couldn't find it for some reason. Your work was some of the work I loved reading over and over. I guess I didn't keep up the commenting because I figured I would just be repeating myself. I'm sorry I didn't let you know I was still enjoying it. I'll miss it but of course I understand your reasoning. I look forward to seeing what you do next!

I would love to see more graphic work from you.

Thanks for letting us know what was going on. I was going to re-read recently and couldn't see the graphics. I thought I was doing something wrong. Your series were unique and much enjoyed by many of us and we do miss them.

I understand your feelings about not owning all the pictures. If you did decide to give access to it, what about a disclaimer that some graphics were clipped and belong to the original poster? I know the writing was your work, so it seems like a "sampling" or remix situation to me. Plus, no money made, of course.

Of course I respect your thoughtful approach to this and look forward to any of your work you may wish to share. It's all good. :)

Wow, I must say that I am heartbroken to hear this. But I respect your reasons and I look forward to anything that you will do in the future.

I am disappointed as well. Like others, I understand and respect your reasons for taking them down. But I will miss having them to re-read. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. I am enjoying your photographs.

Quinn, I love reading your work and have even reread it a couple of times. I'm sorry that you are removing it but I do understand your reasons why. I look forward to seeing your next project.

Your stuff is one of the things I re-read. I apologize for not commenting more often. I guess I just got used to having it there and didn't think to let you know how often I read and re-read it.

I thought I was doing something wrong when it wouldn't come up for me, as I am far from proficient at this. I had wondered if you were going to continue. It was always beautiful to look at and wonderful to read and I will miss it very much.

We will ALWAYS be interested in your stuff.

I adore your B&J stories. I kept coming back to read my favorite bits over and over. I understand why you took them down but it makes me sad to know that some of my go to fics are not there anymore.

I was just looking for your fics because I was going to read them this Christmas for the first time, before I read just for time to time just waiting for the right time to read them from the begining and enjoy them all and now is too late I shouldn't wait. But just in case I have to ask, is there any way that can be available for this month.

fictions I got an ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND and I thought
maybe LJ was having a problem. I understand your reason for
removing them but I'm really sorry I won't be able to go back
and read them all from the begining. It was always a great
way to start my day.

I'll miss your stories and hope you will consider sharing them offline to those interested, but either way I'll understand. Just know that they were much loved, and I adored them. I look forward to your future projects. *Hugs*

I'm very sorry that you removed your fics. The reason why I don't commented in the past was that I felt uncomfortable to do so, because I felt my lack in proper english made it impossible to express my astonishment and admiration for your B/J fics.
I know that a lot more people are looking for your work and miss it. So thank you for your work. Maybe there is some way that a work over ( I know a lot of work ) or some form of disclaimer would make it possible for you to share it again?
