Torchwood stuff

A few random TW things.




  • I'm sure I am not the only one to reach the following conclusion but I figured I'd get it out there in my LJ so I can be proven wrong when it doesn't happen. Please do not spoil me on anything I have not mentioned here BTW!

  • There are filming pictures of Jack in sweats and a t-shirt and looking dirty.

  • There are filming pictures of Gwen and Ianto outside the rubble of the Hub.

  • There are filming pictures of a body being taken from the Hub.

  • A source said we would see Jack naked this season. JB confirmed same this past weekend.

  • ergo: Jack's body is removed from the hub and taken to undisclosed location (morgue?) where he comes back to life. Naked. Steals some clothes and reunites with Ianto. We haven't seen him with Gwen post-explosion yet as far as I can tell.


    • Should this actually be accurate I hope we get to see consternation on the part of Ianto re: getting Jack's body back before he comes back. Potential for both drama and hilarity there.

    As far as the explosion I don't know what it says about me that my chief concern has been Myfanwy and Janet. I'm going to be really upset especially if Myfanwy is killed.

Yes, I came to this same conclusion. I think he will be very badly injured, perhaps even blown apart from the explosion. And he will wake up whole in the headquarters of those government people. Makes perfect sense!

And I am not ashamed to say I love the idea of Jack and Ianto teaming up while Gwen and Rhys team up. But there have also been spoilers saying nothing really romantic will happen between Jack and Ianto.

For some reason I always thought Myfanwy was already dead. We never saw her after the fight with CyberLisa until "Fragments" and those scenes happened even earlier. So for me she died defiending the Hub in the fourth episode. Having her (and Janet) getting blown up would be just sad and useless. :o(
