Here's my bento for tomorrow. I'm finding I miss them on the weekends when I don't make them.


Front (bottom tier): Rice with black sesame seeds, spinach with ginger and garlic, pickled carrot flowers, edamame, and Okayka Don (a chicken dish). Back (top tier): Stir fried broccoli, edamame in the pods and raspberries.




I also have a sidecar with extra fruit and berries.

I've missed you! I 'm so glad you're back :-)
Anyway, it's both. It's eating healthier and cheaper lunches and it's fun to do. And I seem to acquiring a collection of bento boxes at an alarming pace.
