After a very stressful day I took myself off to the kitchen for some cooking therapy. I'm having noodles for lunch tomorrow.

On left are soba noodles in a sesame sauce with veggies and tofu. On the right the large compartment has sautéed tofu and stir fried mixed vegetable. The smaller compartment has cucumber, carrots, edamame and a strawberry.

I love vegetables. I have a friend who literally never eats veggies or fruit. I don't know how she is alive.

Me, they are giving us a lunch her today, but yesterday I had boneless chicken brest with grilled portabellos and seared red roasted pepper, I love using the cast iron skillet I have to all the vegies get roasted on that.
