I never have time either, but I'm having to make time and do these as quickly as possible. If you can scrape out an hour or two on your day off you can get a lot done ahead that you just toss in. I'm not following any special diet, just eating healthy foods in moderation and I'm working out. I get up between four and five in the morning, that's where I've found the time to do the things I need to to be healthy. It's hard but I have to do it. I've found lunch is really bad for me, I was buying junk and high fat foods and it cost a fortune and wasn't healthy. I'd feel tired and run down in the afternoons from what I'd eaten for lunch. As for the couscous you can do a lot with it, this recipe is just made pretty well according to package directions with lemon zest, lemon juice and chopped up artichokes from a can (not marinated) in it with hot pepper flakes in it as well.
