May I ask how you prepare the sesame ginger carrots?
They are super easy - Heat up some sesame oil, toss in some finely chopped or grated fresh ginger ans stir for a few seconds, add the carrots, stir fry until just underdone (about 4 minutes for the size I cut), add some soy sauce ( I used 2 tablespoons for four carrots) stir for a minute or so, add some red pepper flakes, stir again for a few seconds, add some sesame seeds, stir again for a few seconds and you're done. If you don't have fresh ginger just leave it out, they are just as good without it. Same with the hot peper if you don't like it.
