Lordy, lordy. If I'm going out the door at 4:45 a.m., I want to be on my way to a plane taking me to the Loire Valley or Carmel or Sydney, not work.
I wish I was but the only gym time I have is before work and it's half an hour away. So I need to leave at that time to be there and ready to work out at 5:30. I leave the gym about 7:15 or 7:30 and head to my office across the street. It makes for a long day but I'm trying really hard to be healthy and get in good shape.
