Hee! I love Bento - I'm a teacher in England and when we do our unit on Japan, we go over what a bento is and i am hoping to make them with the kids in the summer. You should check out http://www.bentobusiness.co.uk/ - they have lots of neat recipes and many of them can be easily adapted to low-cal or other diet. And they have some examples of boxes that are a bit easier to strive for - not wuite so elaborate! If only i have to time to do this kind of thing.
