I thought my appointment with my trainer was at 5am today so I got up at 3:50 (have to be out the door by 4:30 to get there by 5) but it's not at 5, it's at 6. I hate that. I could have slept for another hour.
You still get points for a 6:00 am trainer appointment!
5:30 is my usual time, 6 works but it makes getting to work on time a little tight. I'm sort of used to it now. I just can't go after work and since I spend about 2 hours there I can't do it on my lunch hour either.
And you go with your trainer!! I can barely get the energy lately to do my Yoga.
The trainer is really important for me, it forces me to work out even when I might otherwise skip it. Also I had no clue what I was doing and he's great about teaching me different techniques and machines and stuff.
3:50? Oh yikes. I have all the admiration and respect in the world for you for doing that, mistake or not.
I'm an early riser anyway but yeah, getting up at 3:50, working all day, shopping on the way home and then waiting up to see Torchwood is making for a very long day.
I'm sure. I had a long one too (not quite as long as you, though) - just got home after my last client of the day, and waiting on TW. I heard I needed tissues so I made a stop on the way home.
