Those are great. I really love the phone one since every now and again I have to deal with phone outages.

I have had phone issues up the yazoo, so I'm kinda tempted... We'll see at the end of the month. :)

Since I'm dealing with the outage from the opposite side I'm pretty sure even on casual friday that one would be frowned upon. I'd still love it though.
