Good: I've lost 21 pounds, am wearing jeans I couldn't even almost wear a few months ago and today I had to buy new lingerie because I don't wear the same size anymore. Yeah!
Bad: Turns out Adventures was on my old server too. I'll need to update all of those links as well.
Will be bad tomorrow: I did a leg workout with my trainer on friday and he was really tough on me. I'm very sore today and the second day is always worse. I probably will not be able to walk tomorrow. Ouch.

I'm an online WW member but I'm not really following the points. I'm eating what I want but watching the portions and trying for healthy choices. I've pretty much eliminated snacking and I've really upped my activity since I joined the gym. I just had a piece of chocolate cheesecake and I know that that is fine, as long as it's just an occasional thing.

Go for it! I really do feel so much better. Getting a desk job really was bad, I gained a ton of weight and was totally out of shape.
