Thanks to everyone for the birthday and Christmas wishes. Especially [livejournal.com profile] shadownyc who sent me some virtual champagne and all those who took the time to send me a card. I felt really sad because I didn't sign up for any card exchanges even though I adore getting cards. I knew I wouldn't have the time to send any so it was really a nice surprise to get some :-)

Beautiful Gingerbread House

The Gingerbread House is Beautiful!
We were planing to make one this year but it looks like
it takes a lot of prior planing. I'm not very handy
in the kitchen. I chose to make my Aunts Date Cake
instead, few ingredients and easy to make.

I'm always fascinated by your candle holders, salt and pepper shakers, etc. They make your table (etc) so whimsical and fun.

I really like the gum drops on top of the house.
