I had my first workout with my trainer today. I'm going to hurt tomorrow. My shoulder already hurts. I know this is going to be a good thing because she made me work way harder than I would have done on my own. Today we did legs and cardio. I'm thinking my thighs are going to be telling me about it in the morning!

I'm planning for three times a week, twice with the trainer and once on my own for a while. Once I'm more familiar with the various workouts then I may go to once a week with the trainer and twice by myself.

Sure. I can update that I am sore this morning but not terrible. Just achy in the thighs! We did squats (with 4lb ball), lunges, pliate squats, seated leg curls, abductor, adductor, seated leg extensions and jumping jacks.

I'm very impressed with all the rest and am heartened at your not-terrible soreness this morning. I, along with many others I'm sure, cheer-lead your success.
Maybe in January I'll give it a shot...maybe.

I started working out again a couple of months ago I still struggle to get my THR to 135 with cardio but I am enjoying the weights. I have had steady exercise for about three years because I had a few serious bouts with Cellulitis on my left leg. So far so good. I have problem with diet though
