Thanks, me too! Not many people have built this one but average construction time seems to be 9-12 months.

I am trying to picture where you are working on this project. Is it
in the same garage you are building the railroad? If that is the case
you must have a huge garage.

The staining and painting process was going on in the garage, which isn't really very big for a garage, 25' x 25'. I'm starting the construction on the structure in my bedroom. I have a little workbench in there that I've used for past projects. This one is very large though and I may have to set up another space to work on it where there is more room.
