I'm glad Brian and Ted got the building for Emmett. Did Ted work his magic
and get the building for less than the 8,475,000 they were asking?

Is Ted getting a little paranoid? If they made the investment a few years ago
and the investment payed off big now how could there be a problem with
the SEC?

I know Michael is happily married to Ben but isn't it hard for Michael to
have his son and all of his friends off in New York?
