How much?! Emmett would have a heart attack if he knew! Is that really the kind of prices for that sort of property? I live in the UK and my sister in the states, and we always thought prices here are at least twice as much! Thanks for the entry.
I just love the idea of Emmett having a place like that (long as he doesn't know the cost!). It would be simple, yet very tasteful, just like Emmett. And I remember him talking about how in Hazelhurst, he used to go to the more affluent neighborhoods and look at the houses, and dream about what he'd like to have someday. He worked hard and deserves it, I think. Make Emmett happy, Quinn!!!
If anyone can get it for under 8 Million it's certainly Ted. Brian is very good at gaging the real estate market,and he knows just what he's willing to pay. The reason he relies on Ted is because he is very good at what he does.
A meeting with Gus's principal, that should be interesting. Can't wait to hear how the meeting goes.
Really enjoying this little storyline about Em's new place, Quinn. Also, Ted can comfort him with tax breaks or something if he's also going to be using it as his workspace. :)
