I've never used a power saw in my life. I was terrified.

I don't have Albert to help me but one of these days this will be holding up a model railroad.

Go you!

(I felt the same way about a DRILL. I think I'll stay far away from power saws.)

I am sure you were wearing your pearls and saying "It's a snap!" the whole time. Can't wait to see the finished project.

Singlewoman took the words right out of my mouth...

What an awesome project. I've decided to learn how to quilt this year. Had my first lesson last week. So far my little quilt is quite 'charlie brownesque' as my sewing skills are rusty. But, I'm having fun; which is the whole point. And, I'll get better.

Keep us informed on the progress of your project!

I used work at a quilt shop and teach quilting! If you have any questions feel free to ask. It's loads of fun.

You're kidding! That's great. I'm sure I'll have questions (smile). Thanks.

Good for you! I admit that the idea of using power tools scares me a little. I'm very attached to my hands. LOL.

Cool! The last time I use one of those was to make Pen and Pencil sets in a college class project. It was fun. I can't wait to see it when it's done.
