I'm putting up one of our Christmas trees today. It's way too early for this but we have three to do and only this weekend and next to do it in. The following two are booked up with travel for assorted family members.

There are 28 comments on this entry. (Reply.)

Great as always, Quinn!

One thing: With your new layout, not all of the type in the message is viewable.

Thanks!

This was a wonderful entry, but unfortunately I had the same problem as chadmom.

I hate missing a single word or these entries.

It's all there for me. It does actually end in the middle of a sentance. Is that what you're referring to?

You're evil, leaving us all hanging like that! (But I really love it)

Nope, I mean that the right-hand border of the screen is cutting off words thoughout the entire message. :)

I post about this problem on November 15th,
but you never answer so I didn't know if you saw it.

I'm not sure I know what you mean. This is a .jpg, not an outlook post (though it looks like an outlook post.)

Sorry about that. On November 15th, you've posted something called
Outrageous and I saw for the first time your LJ new look and commented
on that. That's what I mean.

Love the entry, but should it end on the word "should"? Are you keeping us in suspense for this one?

Yup. It's not really supposed to leave you in suspense so much as give you a 'stolen' glimpse at an e-mail.

lol I've been sitting here cussing out my scroll bar. Glad I read the comments! Brian needs to come home and rest. *is worried about his health*

I'm sorry! I ended this one mid-sentance on purpose.

Yes and this just proves that you're evil!

:-) But I love you anyway...even when you're evil and cruel and leave us in even more suspense...

But I guess I can't really complain, cause you sure do turn out these quite quickly--esp. considering how crazy life has been for you lately with work & vacations & home issues (read: fire --> btw: very glad you're ok!).

Have I rambled sufficiently? I think not, but I'll stop here in hopes that no one annoys you into withholding any of this lovely story, even for a short while.

Oh, yeah, and even though both Brian and Justin are busy, they sure seem to have their s**t together more than Mel and Lindsey, but then again, I think that Brian and Justin are both more adult than most of their friends and just because they play hard and live by their own rules, it doesn't mean that they aren't (or can't be) responsible adults. Part of me really wants to see them create a more stable environment for Gus. Is that horrible of me? Mel and Linds just seem like self-absorbed uber-bitches too much of the time.

To be more specific, the first line ends at "Well". The next lines ends at "thinking of get".

Does this help?

Thanks for the update. I've been worrying about Brian still not feeling well. I had the same problem all sentences were cut off. The race car in the living room is a trip!

I changed back to my old layout for now. I can't have half the stuff getting cut off!

Love the entry, as always. And for what it's worth, my tree's been up for a couple of weeks now lol. I used to do it the day after Halloween but now that the kids are both off at university, I wait for one of them (usually Katrina because Matt just doesn't care to decorate the tree) to come home to do it. So, no, this isnn't way too early in my books :)

I always imaged if Brian was indeed to remain a part of Gus's life a modified shared custody would be the natural progression. Especially as he became older and more aware.

Awww...a pied-a-terre in Paris sounds awesome... ;-)

Hope Brian's sickness isn't too serious...*is worried*

Your post is so realistic I found myself trying to use the scroll bar (again!). Brian really does sound 'puny'.

Decorations are going up Friday at my home; it is nice to have a long weekend to do a little at a time.

I love the idea of Brian and Justin with a place in Paris. I knew it wouldn't work, but I had to try and scroll down.

Yep, I tried scrolling down as well. *facepalm*

Nice trick, though. I was sitting here trying to remember who drove the Marlboro car. Michael Andretti? Christian Fitapaldi? Help!

Can't get enough of this series, happy to see an update. Gosh, I hope Brian gets better soon, that cold seems never ending. And I hope that he gets a place in Paris, he and Justin had such a good time.

There's something I was wondering, though. I remembber in Changes, Jamie was wearing an ensemble and it was suggested that he wear a Harmanli jacket. And now he's in Paris with Brian and Ted. Something going on with that? Just curious, since that's one of the clients they're seeing.

He's there because he did a lot of the art for the new client that they are pitching, a jeweler. Brian talked in another 'episode' about wanting to feed Jamie's ambition a little.

From a creative standpoint he's also there because I wanted his outsiders view on some of the things in this section :-)

Brian's so chatty, OMG. I love it, even though he's still sick and I'm not sure how cool I am with that. =S

I want to scroll down!

And.. woah. Brian buying them a house? That's like, a major purchase! I wonder what real estate prices are like around there.
