I dragged myself to work this morning since it was a company wide meeting day At the meeting I found out that I am Employee of the Month. Since this is accompanied by a $500 check it is greatly appreciated!

I'm really broke at the moment and was worried about not having much spending money on my vacation (which is split into four long weekends), so this is going to solve that problem. $500 is going to go a long way since the hotel room and some of the meals are already paid for.
