Having spent some time in the Gramercy Park area (a friend has a condo there) I am in awe as to how anyone gets any big object back to their Manhattan home. I cannot imagine the logistics of renting a van to get an air conditioner.

"Heat Tsunami" LOL!

The Intern is a great counterpoint to Brian, et al. He is the Everyman voice that we can all relate to (unless, of course, you have fans that are as rich as Brian!)

Sure. This is Jamie, BTW. And Brian is in New York so it's prob. Tues, Wed., or Thursday. Those are the days that he spends in the city.
