I've been frustrated with the pictures I've been taking lately. I feel as though I haven't shot anything decent in weeks.



Yesterday I went out and took a few shots in my garden but it was way too late in the morning and the light was crappy.



So today I went out two hours earlier while a storm was coming in and finally got a shot that I like and that I didn't have to PhotoShop the hell out of just to make it look decent.

I think they look wonderful.

It's hard when you are a gifted person (as you are) to "let go" and know that others who are looking at things see beauty.

I especially like the second one with the shimmering water droplets. But, in the first one I can almost smell the fragrance!

Regardless of your light issues the photos are beautiful. Have you considered putting together a gallery of your photographic adventures? I think that would be nice to have.

The first pic with the sun shining, giving the flower that warm, soft peachy glow is wonderful and the second, looking closer and showing the tiny droplets of dew on the petals is very special.

They are both gorgeous, Quinn. I think I need a new camera. :)
