I think I have a really good shot at winning too.

Tell me, how does a person manage to make non-refundable, paid in full vacation reservations for the wrong days?

Life is hard...that's all there is to it and we all are so busy....((Hugs)) Hopefully since you paid....they'll let you swap days? Maybe? Perhaps? Hopefully?

I'm afraid not. It's not too bad, I just have to take off one more day from work than I planned, as does my sister and her kids are now going to miss two days of school instead of one.

There is, but it's not worth it. I'd have to pay a lot more for the hotel and I'd have to sell $200 tickets to a special event and then I'd have to re-buy the same tickets for the correct night. It's only one day difference but it means going on a Thursday insted of a Friday. I know I'm going to end up getting the hotel for an extra night because why come home a day early? So it'll be okay but a tiny bit expensive.

But it's an extra day off of work for you so I think you did it subconsciously. lol My brother booked a flight for what he thought was an 8 pm flight that turned out to be an 8 am flight - viola, an extra day off of work.
