Andrew Romen is kinda hot, too. Are these all real artists? (Off to Google) The detail of this post is fascinating.

I meant to email you the other day when they kicked Courtney Love out of 30 Cosby. (She ended up selling the condo for a song, so to speak, but the neighbors were more than tired with all the drama.) I thought 30 Cosby, Brian and Justin (and Quinn) looked there. LOL!
