It's another of those business function things. The whole company is going to Benihana tonight (with spouses, SOs, whatever.) It's after work so it's business casual. But I want something a bit nicer than I usually wear. But not too much nicer. Overdressed is not good. Also some of the guys who are going to be there probably don't own anything other than jeans (they literally dig ditches) so you don't want to make them feel under-dressed. I hate a fashion dilemma.

Speaking of fashion.

WTF is Santino still doing in this thing? I love this show but I find it really firstrating that they keep in people who don'e deserve it just for the 'drama' factor. Have to say I loved Iman though. "It's a little dull, but I am not dull. I will make it work' or whatever she said. And she did.

I totally agree about Santino--I guessed it would be Cara though.

Hmm... in your shoes, I'd probably go for dark wash denim or black skinny legged jeans, either with heels or rolled up over knee-high leather boots, a tailored shirt and a casual blazer.

ITA about Santino. He should have been eliminated over that self-destructing, too-tight jumpsuit from the last episode. And Iman is an ageless goddess. :)

Someone made a good point about how Santino could theorectically still be in it on TWoP. I'll cut and paste that theory with my reactions to the latest ep after I watch it.

What amazed me was that Cara and Daniel V. turned on Chloe in the Q & A!!

All I can say is Daniel better win. Santino is a total prick. Again I know it's ratings and that jazz but he has proven a couple times he slouches through on his ego not his sewing skills. I'm still mad that Nick got ousted when it should have been egomaniac man. Oh well it is TV after all.

My eight year old niece is totally addicted to "PR."
She's a dedicated Nick fan, especially after he won
the Barbie challenge, and she hates Santino. It
was hilarious when she called me and ranted about
Santino being in the Final Three!

Last night was a pretty lackluster showing for the final four group. It made me long for the beautiful evening gown that Andre made during the inspiration challenge. Personally I think he was better final four material than Kara or Santino.

Santino's continued presence is annoying -- sure his stuff is different, but it's also usually ugly. And poorly made. Although I was disappointed in Nick's last few designs, at least he can put a garment together and some of his designs were quite good. My only consolation at this point is that Daniel V. will likely win.

The judging definitely seems unbalanced -- Zulema was kicked off for her poorly made garments, but Santino keeps getting by with clothes that are literally glued together and falling apart on the runway?

I don't know about Daniel winning at this point.

I'm holding off looking at the 4 collections that
have all been posted already on the net, but the
buzz hasn't exactly been going Daniel's way.
