I'm sure Jennifer will be agog over the new loft: I hope she goes with Justin. Cooking dinner as an adult for your parents is a big deal. I still remember that dinner with my folks like it was yesterday! (Capellini with shrimp, herbed oil, fresh mushrooms, capers, and olives, homemade caesar salad with baked herb croutons, and a pie.)
