quinn222 at 09:24pm on 30/01/2006I went to see the King Tut exhibit today. It was fantastic. The objects were beyond beautiful and the exhibit itself was laid out perfectly. I didn't take any pictures as photographs are not permitted inside museums. Of course I took tons of pictures at WDW though. Maybe one of these days I'll even share one of me with Goofy. Not today though!
We stayed at All Stars Music. In the Country building.
That night we went over to MGM.
And saw Fantasmic/
The next morning was my big challenge. Riding Expedition Everest. I was ok until it went downhill, in the dark, backwards. At high speed. This is the big drop. I saw it for a few seconds. Mostly I had my eyes shut.
Others were screaming with excitement. I was shrieking in terror.
After that I sat down for a while until I stopped shaking. Then we went on the Safari and saw, among other things, elephants.
We also saw Festival of the Lion King, which was great.
Back to work tomorrow and I'm working Saturday to make up for having today off. I'm going to be exhausted by Sunday.
