Hunter and Jaime living together, those two will get into so much trouble together, LOL. The naked guy painting, Anywhere brian lives just wouldn't be the same without that!
I loved the line "antique hardware from some factory". Such a throw off remark, but the visual of antique floors does make it seem warmer than the loft. I wonder what colors are being introduced?
