1 c. butter, softened = 225 grams
1 c. packed brown sugar = 200 grams
1 c. granulated sugar = 225 grams
2 large eggs
1t. vanilla = about 5 ml
3 c. flour = 330 grams
1t. baking soda = 5 grams
1/2 t. salt = 2.5 grams
2T. milk = 15ml
1 c. chopped macadamia nuts (optional) – I’d say this is a couple of handfuls
1/2 c. candied cherries (my mom substituted dried cherries and I think they were probably better for it) – 1 handful?
1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips - - again a couple of handfuls
oven - 177-178 degree C

I'll try to make them as soon as I'll have a bit of time... my baking skills are uhm... not that good...but those cookies look absolutely delicious and I'm such a cookie-addict! :-)
