I survived but I'm not so sure my feet did. And my wallet took quite a hit as well.
We (my sister my mom and I) had a fantastic time. My sister kept saying how much less stressful it is to do Disney without kids. We only did Epcot as we didn't have a lot of time and it's the only park that interests my mother at all. She was a trouper and walked miles and miles. We got her on the Maelstrom in Norway pretty much out of ignorance. We had gone on the boat ride in The Land and in Mexico and none of us realised that the one in Norway was somewhat more intense. Not a huge scary ride by any means but more than she'd have done if she knew what was coming.
Anyway, food, fireworks, Christmas music etc. all fantastic. If you're going to Epcot don't miss Soarin, take a pass on Spaceship Earth and the Coral Reef restaurant is not good. Great views, but overpriced and under menued.
I'm going to put my feet up now.
PS: I got a Tinkerbelle watch :-)

Epcot is my favourite park and I love all parts of it. We uually stay onsite at a medium range hotel - Dixie Landings (now Port Orleans-Riverside) Port Orleans-French Quarter, Caribbean Beach resort - and we are planning to return in 2006 for our 20th anniversary. We hope to include a Disney cruise as well!
