Oh, I hope they choose Crosby Street! Justin needs that food for his artistic soul. Brian has a great workspace: now Justin needs one, too. Plus, Justin's workspace should be in the building, so that Brian can pull him out when he gets too obsessed.

It's actually Hudson St. that has the studios in it.

Just gotta take a sec and tell you I am so totally *there* with this story (and its predecessors, too) and they just get fuller and richer as you continue on. I mean, it's happening as we speak. No doubt in my mind whatsoever.
