I notice that Brian listens when Justin gives his aesthetic reasons for where certain offices should be. They are such a great team.

Since they have to wait a bit to find a place to live, will they be looking for a studio any time soon or just prepping the new Kinnetik location until they can sell off Kinnetik Pittsburgh and get some cash on hand?

Love Justin's notes on the floor plans. :) This is such a great space for Kinnetik!

I know how Brian feels; when we closed on our house I nearly had a panic attack, and it didn't cost anywhere NEAR half a mill!

I don't comment all that often but must take a moment to tell you thanks for the wonderful trips you take me on! And thanks, also, for not giving up the ghost (instead you added one! lol) and continuing to charm us all with your creativity and skill. Truly adore your work. I friended you. Hope that's ok. No need to friend back. I don't keep a journal (so far, anyway), just joined LJ to find fab QAF fic. What a treasure trove I stumbled into.

You are so talented. I think it's terrific that you have given us so much detail for each aspect of their new lifes in NYC. I can really picture them there. All you need now is to hire Gale and Randy to act this out and you would have a really big hit.
