I'm sure you all sick of the Saga of The Telephone but - BellSouth guys actually showed up yesterday and replaced a piece of equipment that he said was all rusted out and wet and corrodeed (Gee, after 5 or 6 hurricanes I can't imagine why) and that seems to have solved the problem. I hope.

I love Ted when he wasn't being forced by CowLip to do something stupid.

I know him and Emmett. So much wasted opportunity.

Ted is such a cutey. Working for Brian and staying on the wagon must be the most incredible hardships!

Now to find a place for myself!

Go Ted! :D

Love his RS with Brian.

I do too. Putting him to work with Brian was one of Cowlips better ideas. It really worked out well.

Love the townhouse.

I dithered between this one and another one for a while. The other one cost a lot more though and I didn't like the location as well.

Geez, Brian made out like a bandit - but then he still has renovations to do, so great that Ted got the price down! (NYC-ers are obsessed with real estate; I'm no exception!)

I feel as though I know every property for sale in lower manhattan by heart. And who the broker is.

What would Brian do without Ted? Im sure he pays him what he's worth. I love this. *cheesy grin*

Me too. It was one of the best things in S4 and S5.

I loved this entry, You had me laughing out loud. Brian is so demanding it's sexy. I would have loVed to see Ted sweating and working his magic while Brian watched him negotiate. BRILLIANT

It really is. In most people it would probably be annoying but in his case it's very sexy.

Theodore, I want this building and its your job to make sure I get what I want..."

LMAO... that line was just my favorite here. Gotta love Ted for the way he is. I can totally picture this happening.

Aww, awesome! Though the bathhouse was cooler. I so couldn't picture Brian in a soul-less highrise.

Now I'm totally hoping that they turn the shed into a studio for Justin, if only to save money. Though they might end up killing each other working in such close proximity, which would bring the series to an sharp halt. ;)

I'm loving this new series!
