I am only going away for one night but I am so desperate to get out of town that I'm practically counting the days. I bought my FL resident's pass to Disney today! Yeah! Now I know I'll at the very least spend a few weekends there.

It's a small world, after all.

Have fun!

I'm so desperate I'd even go on that if I was going to the Magic Kingdom.

Can you say "Flying Teacups"?

There you go. Though to be perfectly honest that holds more than a grain of truth. I'm terrified of big rides and wouldn't go one one for anything. The teacups are about my speed.

Ah - I LOVE the big rides - I normally stick to strickly roller-coasters. I guess we won't be frequenting theme parks together and will have to stick to shoe shopping - a sport for everyone!

that more people hurl on the Flying Teacups than do on the rollercoaster at MGM or on Space Mountain? It must be the centrifugal motion thing that gets going when they start to spin.

Btw, make sure you do the Soarin' ride over at Epcot. It's really fun and even I had no problem with it..yeah, me. Miss Turns Green on Every Ride. I got to go on it at an industry preview party that Disney threw for us all. Oddly enough my niece with the cast iron stomach had a problem with it as she felt claustrophobic on it even though it was up in the air in an open area.

MGM is opening a Narnia exhibit in December to go along with the movie and I am hoping they'll throw another party for that..LOL

Okay, I've made a mental note to avoid the teacups.

My sister wants to go on Soarin so I'm glad to hear that it's okay. I trust you since you know me and what freaks me out pretty well. I'm still relieved that we managed to avoid the CN tower!

The Narnia thing sounds good, I loved the books. I hope the movies is good.

LOL!! Would you believe that I went to Toronto 11 times in 5 years and still have never been up that thing? Just the very idea of it makes my hands and feet tingle. Someone I know went up it and didn't realize they had a problem with heights until they got up there and went onto the glass floor part of it...she said she about had to be dragged off it and some kids were running by, saw her frozen in terror and started jumping on the glass to tease her. I'd have murdered them myself, as soon as I could move.
