I have to go to work early. I will be the first one there so I have to turn off the alarm. I have never done this before (at this place anyway.) I'm kind of nervous about it. If I don't post tomorrow it's because I got arrested breaking into my place of employment.

Last night I went to the bookstore because Eldest came out (finally!) and I wanted to get the QaF S5 soundtrack. I picked up the book and walked back to get the CD> On the way there I found this book. Of course I purchased it. It looks like something I could have fun with and learn from. I did not purchase the CD however, they didn't have it.

ETA: Okay, I'm at my desk and didn't set off the alarm :)

Good luck opening up today--the first time I ever did it my hand shook (LOL).
I was able to get the QaF cd at Borders. Your new book looks very interesting--after you check it out maybe you could post a rec (good or bad). :)

Alarms are fun! The alarm at work SCREAMS "you have entered an unauthorized area" over and over and over and over. There are different timers throughout the day - at night it's on all the time but during office hours you're supposed to manual activate it if needed like for holidays, weekends, etc. Sometimes the timer gets "off" and is on "night schedule" during the day and it is on a constant loop of "you have entered an unauthorized area". This is just horrifying. No one can work so everyone ends up gathering in the part of the building that the alarm is not going off so they don't lose their hearing. Even worse is the fire alarm. We've had to close up because the fire alarm won't turn off. On the lighter side - the fireman that show up are cute!

Glad to hear all went well with your alarm this morning. :>)

OMG that would give me a nervous breakdown in about 30 seconds.
