Good morning, happy weekend. My flist was very good to me this week. [livejournal.com profile] suzzanne sent me lots of music which I've been listening to during my commute every day. I've made use of some great pics of Randy that various folks on my flist were kind enough to share with me and when I got home last night I had a package from [livejournal.com profile] triskymccloy waiting for me! Yeah! So thanks very much for those tangible thangs and also for all the very nice comments which make me smile every day.

I really love the the pics in this post--just gorgeous--but the content really struck me as significant. First the humor of the artist unable to keep his eyes on the rode when passing such beautiful scenery and then the profound commentary on the connection that B/J made with one another that they chose to develop their lifelong relationship rather than work on new ones. This was so well-written and a telling demonstration of their development as a couple during their world-wide adventure.

Oh Quinn...I really love this one!!

The manips are gorgeous, as always (I may have a soft spot for our boys on the beach), and Justin's words are perfect. :x:x:x:x

Beautiful!

I'm thrilled to hear that. I always like to hear when the boys have visited my flist's towns. Especially when Brian hasn't been snarky about it!

Hello, there from another born/raised Oregonian. The coastal view *is* gorgeous, isn't it? *sigh* Just think. NO private beaches, the entire state coastline is public.

I spent a couple of weeks on the Oregon Coast in April- Justin's right- the drive along Pacific Coast Highway is breathtaking- Rock and waterfalls on one side and beach on the other- amazing. Being from the east coast- and southern east coast at that- I found the other side of the country facinating. Love the pics.

Glad to hear the music is keeping you entertained. Don't forget to go through the list - I have blank CD's ready to go!

I have to say all this westcost traveling is prompting me to plan a trip. The farthest north I've been is Santa Barbara. LA keeps me busy and I usually explore east and south of the LA area. It's a big state! I have the week of Thanksgiving off from work. Time to start pulling out the "traveling with your dog" books.

I just got back from there!!! So beautiful... it's funny that you're now taking them there. It's such a vast and rugged landscape with neverending beauty. And it's also funny that I had a chance on my trip to spend a lot of quality time with a friend and we got to learn a lot about each other too.

Thanks for unknowingly mimic-ing my life. =)
