Day One

First day went well. I mostly observed but I've already learned a lot and it was fun to be working with my ex-boss again. Compared to BB this place is the lap of luxury too. The commute is easy, especially in the morning and our new offices, which should be ready in October, have a prime location right on the town square.

Also, how great is Entourage?


You have to love a show that features girls wearing strap-ons and U2 in the same episode.

So glad to hear the first day went well. I was thinking of you today. First days are so full - everything is new - it's exciting and scary and new and great all wrapped up into one big ball of emotion. Sounds like you had a good start.

And yes - Entourage is fabulous. I loved that Vince was reduced to Johnny Drama's brother. They used geeky Arthur from SFU as the online reviewer - that poor schmuck will play the "lives in his parents basement" stereotype FOREVER!

Your first day sounds great. When things go well right off the bat it sets the tone for a good work situation going forward. Congratulations!
