No idea yet how this will affect my posting schedule but since I have to leave for work at 7:30 I'm assuming it means I'll be posting earlier in the morning. I don't really want to move it to evenings.
Also, I am v.v.v.v. conflicted about B/J actually getting married...I want them to be committed, and happy and forever, but I don't want them to get married... Oh, well...*sighs*

I think you can tell from Adventures that I'm feeling pretty much the same way.
How exciting; your first day! Let us know how it goes. I love sailing and I think the boys would be a great crew addition! I agree about the marriage thing; I want them to be together, but I don't think they need the paperwork. Just my opinion!
2) EEE. I love how you wrote about Brian talking about marriage...they're talking about it, but he still "can't believe it." Pssh. I just really like that paragraph.
I love that they're talking about marriage. It shows they're both on the same page as far as their commitment to their relationship. YOUR Brian and Justin are on a different level relationship than they are on the show and seriously thinking about marriage makes sense for them.
Whether or not they need a ceremony, I don't know...but they already seem pretty sure they're in for the long haul, anyway...if they say they're committed then they're committed, ceremony or no.
Whatever you have them do, it'll be perfect, Quinn. We've faith in you and in them! *hugs*
As for the marriage issue, it's wonderful that they're really honestly seriously thinking about it, but I think it's better if they don't do a ceremony. I think it would scare the bejeezus out of Brian to be that formally commited.
Maybe, doing something significant, like buying a place in both their names and going on a honeymoon..... can you tell I don't want this series to end... like ever?
Your B/J are light years ahead in maturity and decision-making than canon. I look forward to seeing how you'll carry out the "to marry or not to marry" situation. :)
Still trying to stay on top of things, you can see. Hope the new job is going well!
Love this entry. Love that Brian's looking forward to working his ass off. Love the comment about getting married, especially all of the following commentary from Brian. The not believing he wrote it and the undercurrent of meaning it. *happy sigh*
OMG. I cannot believe Brian actually wrote THAT! ...Not the "We've been talking about getting married" part, but the "there is an undercurrent of actually meaning it there" part. OMG. It is one thing to mention it and another thing to write about meaning it!!!

Well, they've taken a bit of a different route than Canon and they've been together longer and more intensively.
