quinn222 at 07:33am on 15/07/2005So I managed to hurt myself twice in eight hours without ever leaving my bed.
First the book I was reading slipped out of my hands and in trying to catch it I somehow stabbed myself in the eye with my thumbnail. Ouch. Of course at that point I had to turn out the light since I couldn't see any more anyway. This morning I woke up at about 4:45 and decided since I was awake anyway I might as well get up and use the bathroom. I sat up on the side of the bed and apparently pushed down on the bed far enough to cause the same killer book to leap off the bed and land (spine corner first) on my foot. Ouch.
And it's friday at Blockbuster. I'd go back to bed but it's too dangerous.
