Dear Quinn, many things to thank you for and congratulate you on. I have spent many happy hours lost in your “Adventures” – I am amazed at your vast knowledge of far-away places – you take us on a magical carpet ride with each post, not only giving us glimpses of lands and cultures out of the usual paths travelled, but with the added bonus of B&J being our guides. Both in Adventures and Correspondence, you have given Brian and Justin perfect voices – it’s as if we can feel them choosing and writing the postcards, typing the emails… they are loving, natural, funny, caring to each other and to their friends – and I just adore the presents they buy and post home to their families and friends. You make it all so very real.
Because I keep a check of your journal for updates, I was saddened to read that you have had to delay college - but I hope so much that whether it be this year or next, you achieve your dream. You have so much talent that no matter what, it won’t be kept hidden, it will come through and shine in whatever you do in life. I also want to wish you the very very very best in your job interview – and a quick and successful response.
One more thing – great work with the Randy photos you posted (No4 is my favourite too) – I realise it's post-qaf, but it’s a beautiful image of the Justin that Brian sees…and loves…
