Sim House

Newcomers might not know that the Sims2 is one of my obsessions. I've spent days working on a new house and I'm posting it here as well as in the [livejournal.com profile] qaf_sims because I really love it and I want to.

BTW, if you play the sims come on over to [livejournal.com profile] qaf_sims.

Anyway, my new house - Tradition. I tend to go for clean and modern so this is a change for me. Though I used a lot of modern art and a couple of Barcelona chairs.

Quinn, when I become rich (or marry someone to that effect) you will be my designer-exterior and interior. That house totally rocks. Fantastic job. I love the random pics of doors.

Thanks, this one was fun. I'm looking forward to seeing a Sim family live in it. There is an empty room up in the attic that's very bright with all the dormers. The new Sims expansionin the fall will have slow dancing so I'm thinking that space can be a ballroom. With the doors usually if you see a picture of a door the pictures just after it are what's behind the door.

That is an amazing house. It must have taken you forever to do all of that. I'm very impressed. I want to live there! Are you uploading it to the exchange? I would love to play in that house. You did a wonderful job with it.

Thanks very much. It's so huge and so full of custom content that I can't upload it to the exchange. I could use the clean installer to make a shell of it that you can decorate yourself if you want.

I don't know if this worked or not. I have a terrible time with lots since I got University. If someone could try it and let me know if it worked that would be great.

I tried to play Sims years ago, but I just couldn't figure it out *hangs head in shame*. However seeing that you built this beautiful house, it makes me want to check them out again.
