Tomorrow is my dad's birthday. I'm still pretty ambivilent (read angry) towards him but I bought him a present anyway.
Speaking of angry, he is the single most high maintenance human being on the planet. My mother must have reached her limit today because when he was at his most obnoxious and informed her that he would be having something for dinner that was different from what everyone else was having (when, exactly, did she have 'short order cook' tattooed on her forehead?), she replied, "You'll have to cook it yourself, I'm going to the Greek Fesitval." Go mom.
So I guess I'm taking my mother to the Greek Festival this evening. Who knew?
I've been getting together maps of the colleges I either went to or was accepted to to make duplicates of for my Sims to go to. I will not be making Tufts University, who sent me the world's nastiest rejection letter (paraphrasing it said, "We would prefer if unqualified applicants such as yourself didn't waste our time by applying here.")
So who else is such a geek that they downloaded a copy of the new SAT just to see what it's like?

They say it's harder now. Total score is 2400 points and the test is an hour longer. There is an essay and they say the math questions are harder. I haven't looked at it yet.

Any idea where I can download this? Never taken one (thank god we don't have to here), but I'm still curious. These things freak everyone out, it seems ;)
