big_brian_o (who as far as I know doesn't normally write fanfic) has started a wonderful AU fic about Brian. It's not B/J, just Brian. I already want to see the movie version. Anyway, it's called Swamp Fever.

ETA: Just found out that Brian didn't actually post his story (though of course he wrote it.) His partner Randall aka:brianakinney posted it for him, without telling him. This is why you should never give out your password. But I'm glad Brian did so now we can read his wonderful fic and force him to post more!
