I'm at school. I have a class orientation in a few minutes. It was supposed to be last week and I took time off work for it but there was a screw up. I had the orientation for one class but not for this one. So I took time off again. Came up here early so I could register for graduation. No problem. They want $40, which they failed to mention. I have no money or credit cards with me. It's due no later than tomorrow. I have to take more time off work and come up here again. They wont take the money over the phone.

Okay, So here is the thing to remember: Once you are out of college, and in the real world....customer service tends to improve greatly. I'm not sure why college admin. sucks at this. Having gone through similar crap myself, I wonder if it is because it's being done by unhappy workers, stuck in an academic environment (pseudo real life)dealing with a younger (sometimes smarter) client....but look at it this way, this should be the last time you have to do this.
