New stuff!
I treated myself to some new bento supplies this week and they all came today!

All the supplies and the oval red box came from Bento Crazy.

This is the red Hakoya box with the arabesque pattern on the cover.

Using my blackberry again to convey size. I know these look tiny but they really do hold plenty of food for one person for lunch.

This is also a Hakoya brand box. It was the one in the box I'm using for a stand in the photos. I got this one at Kitty Corner.

As you can see this one is more of a bowl shape, it's be great especially for noodle days.

I don't know what brand this one is but I got it for a great price at a place called happymall.com.

As you can see that while no means large it's a bit bigger than the others.

From Ichiban kan I ordered another bento set with the thermal bag. Both sets of egg molds, a potsticker mold, and sauce bottles. I don't mind their shipping because their items are so cheap. Both orders were under $12
I may go into china town this weekend to see what I can find. There this one store that has nothing but Hello Kitty. It's a cross from a restaurant we frequent.

I've been experimenting with bentoish lunches mostly from following your pics and the fact that it's really easy to do portion control, so um thanks for sharing all of these.
I might have to get a pretty box or two myself :)

So pretty!
I I had to choose a favorite (difficult!), it would be the bowl-shaped box. Beautiful shape, understated design. FanSee

You're welcome and yes, portion control is made simple using boxes this small. But often I can't even finish what's in them so they really do hold plenty. I find healthy foods like this are quite filling.
Re: So pretty!
I worked for a Japanese florist for a while and also studied Japanese Embroidery so Japanese design is something that really appeals to me.
